Welcome to Sip Sip Scent! By booking an experience or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations: All reservations must be made through our website. A confirmed booking guarantees your spot in a Sip Sip Scent experience.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. By completing your purchase, you agree to pay the listed price for your selected experience.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Ticket Purchases: All ticket purchases are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your booking with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled experience.
  • Private Events: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a private event, with final payments also being non-refundable. Rescheduling requests for private events require one week’s notice.

3. Age Restrictions

  • Guests must be 16 years or older to attend any Sip Sip Scent experience. Valid ID is required at the door. Guests 21 and older may enjoy alcoholic beverages, while guests under 21 or without a valid ID will be provided with mocktails.

4. Media Release

  • By attending Sip Sip Scent experiences, you consent to being photographed or filmed. We may use these photos and videos for promotional and marketing purposes on our website and social media. If you prefer not to appear in media, please inform us before the event or notify our staff upon arrival.

5. Liability Waiver

  • Sip Sip Scent is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damages incurred during the experience. By attending, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with candle-making and cocktail crafting activities.

6. Personal Data and Privacy

  • By booking and using our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy concerning the collection and use of your personal information. We respect your privacy and handle your data responsibly.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

  • Sip Sip Scent reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. We will notify guests of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
