Return and Refund Policy
At Sip Sip Scent, we strive to provide a unique and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please read our Return and Refund Policy below to understand our guidelines:
Ticket Purchases
- Non-Refundable: All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, we are unable to offer a refund for cancellations.
- Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your booking with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the event. Please contact us at experience@sipsipscent.com to arrange a new date based on availability.
Private Events
- Non-Refundable Deposit: For private events, a deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable. Final payments for private events are also non-refundable once processed.
- Rescheduling: Private event bookings may be rescheduled with at least one week’s notice, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Candles
If the candle you made at the Sip Sip Scent experience is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of your session at experience@sipsipscent.com. We’ll happily provide a replacement candle or offer a discount on a future experience, ensuring you leave with a lasting keepsake from your time with us.
